We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer Responsibility: For returns due to a "change of mind," size preference, or color choice, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Expra will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@expra.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
